How can you easily let go of someone you said you love the most?

I feel gray. It’s been a while since then. My light has already run out. I need a recovery or perhaps, a break. it feels like I am consumed to the point that nothing was left in me. Except for that grief, anger, resentment, regrets, loneliness, and longingness. I don’t know when it will last. I  just let all the pain consume me. I feel no energy nor see any spark of light to ease this agony.  I can smile but it’s just a cover-up. I barely open to someone. It’s difficult to invest that trust to people nowadays. I need not only advise and support but also, I badly need that someone who will listen to me. I need a saving too, but people don’t see that i need one. As a matter of fact, I am desperately yearning for it.  I just hope that someday, someone will capture me from this despair that I have been hiding for so long. If you could just see it deep within, please try to capture and save me.
