Honestly Suklha would need to have some serious Baby fever to convince Wukong.

The Family AU was more for fun so yes they do live there as a family! Its a separate AU from the Modern, I believe i planned Wukong to have already ascended to Buddhahood before having Chime while Suklha stayed.
Mt. Huaguo works more as a community that keeps the ecological harmony. Not all monkey or ape are as intellect as Sun Wukong, so he will always be the king. Representing those who couldn't voice their troubles.
