A Little Bit of Crazy and A Whole Lot of Fun...

I don’t give a flying fuckadoodle what the internet is saying about this final season, there was SO much good stuff that happened:

1. Allurance shippers you got your wish. Be happy that it came true.

2. Kolivan survived bitches, if that’s not enough for you I don’t know what to do with you.

3. THOSE LEAKED PHOTOS WERE REAL, YES SLIGHTLY DOCTORED BUT THEY WERE REAL WHICH MEANS THAT WE GOT A GAY WEDDING/HAPPY ENDING FOR ONE TAKASHI SHIROGANE.

4. The new Paladins were able to save the old Paladins souls, which means that Zarkon got his redemption and was able to be with his family (Paladins included).

5. WE. HAVE. AN. ALTEAN. LANCE. AND. A. GALRA. KEITH.

6. For all the people freaking out about “latino Lance” being a farmer, THERE IS NO FRAKING MESSAGE BEHIND IT. HE WAS A FARMERS SON BEFORE VOLTRON, HE KNOWS HOW TO MILK A COW, HE LIKES GARDENING, THERE IS NO RACISM HERE.

7. Lotorua shippers kind of sort of got there wish, as did Klance shippers. It might not have been romantic relationships but they WERE there.

8. We got baby, toddler, pre-teen, AND pre-corruption Lotor. I think that counts as a win.

9. We didn’t get a cliffhanger on the Ranveig beast, although it was creepy as FUCK.

10. We have BoM Acxa, Ezor, and Zethrid being led by Leader Keith (Kolivan SOOOOOOO adopted him).

11. FUCKING WHITE LION VOLTRON. WHEN IS A FUNKO POP OR MODEL COMING OUT, I’LL TAKE A THOUSAND.

12. SHIRO GOT TO BE A PALADIN AGAIN, NOT ONLY THAT BUT HE WAS THE WHITE PALADIN.

13. Honerva received a chance at redemption and she took it.

14. THERE WAS AN ALLURA GALAXY AT THE END.

15. Veronica x Acxa shippers, I applaud you.

16. Altea and Daibazaal were revived.

17. The music was AMAZING.

18. Ezor x Zethrid got a happy ending.

Since legit every post I’ve seen on the new season is negative I thought I’d make a list of all the great things from the new season.

-First episode/ Pidge was Hilarious and I died at her gremlin routine

-Pidge’s mom was the shit and i love her

-the Allurance was there and it was adorable and really sweet

-The art work was fantastic. Did you guys see some of those scenes. Talk about a mood board

-Lance really did display cd this season with how kind and real he was. Man was the voice of reason in a lot of ways

-Kinkade blog was de best

-Kolivan is best dad of the year. #vlogthedaddy

-Kosmo was best boy (before he vanished, where did he go??? Injured in Med bay maybe??? Still point stands)

-There was a lot of great interactions between the paladins. Keith and Hunk. Lance and Keith. Pidge and Allura. They all love each other guys

-Hunk was on fire for being the kindest man in existence

-Shiro taking Charge and being TheLeader was the hottest experience

-Shiro arm wrestle King of my heart

-Keith and Hunk stuck in the equivalent of alien ‘it’s a small world’ I was dying with laughter

-Romelle worked hard and deserves acknowledgement for that

-Allura was A Queen in all ways

-Honerva made a great villain

-All the random Alteans were awesome and so great

-baby Lotor 😭🙏

-A lot of the side characters really got love despite not having a lot of screen time

-Slav you funky little 6 armed alien

-Coran was a National Treasure. True Space Uncle of the Universe

-Ponytail non-straight Keith who could’ve been emperor but was like nah and is now the coolest dude in the universe

-Hunk the Anbassador Chef of peace (and my heart ❤️)

-Altean Lance markings

-Allura being The Ultimate Hero. No one will ever forget her and her memory will live on for all

-the ultimate ship was realized in that Shiro x Some Rest was acknowled with help from random husband. He’s happy guys (Rip Sheith my main ship but Keith is happy that Shiros happy lbr)

Season 8 was good

Yeah, some things were questionable

But the writers did a good job
