Last week I said to myself “I’ll dedicate this week to drawing some promo art for my game” and then myself said “no actually you’re going to obsessively design a nerdy armorer artificer with a sappy backstory” and I was just like “oh well ok then, if you say so.”
His concept requires a setting with magitech, a postal system, AND opportunities to sneak away and send letters home, so… needless to say it’s been tricky to find a game for him.
I’m keeping an eye out on LFG/LFP boards but if nothing clicks I might refit him for a book or game or something.

My Lost Mines of Phandelver players repeatedly shoving enemies into a 20ft deep crevasse
Once I finish my game I’m going to try making a few PNGtuber models and doing some variety content (mostly videos/streams about indie games, TTRPGs, and fiction.)
((I am posting about it on the internet to pressure myself into actually doing this.))
Rattling off some general concepts for my indie game King’s Title because I don't know what else to post:
1) It's about a group of archetypal RPG adventurers who have already gone on their grand adventure, slain their big bad, and settled into their new roles as leaders in the land's new era of peace
2) The group has become somewhat estranged and part of the narrative is them reconnecting by going on one last adventure together when monsters start to appear again
3) This is my first game using RPGMaker so I'm using mostly the default and bonus assets I bought with it to minimize production costs, limit scope to keep it manageable while I learn the engine, and as a sort of creative challenge to make a story inspired by the visuals I already have
That's probably a lot for one day so l'II save some other thought process stuff for another time.
To clarify, by “mostly” default I mean I’ve edited some default assets as well as the portraits I made using the in-engine original character creator tool (the Priestess’ glasses were not tucked under her hair quite right, for example.)
