If it was written down like word for word wouldn't it be more like

"Hello, weather nice?"

"Yes, you wife baby good?"

When people don't know how to write a baby. ESPECIALLY WHEN ITS CONCERING SPEACH.

That baby is 2 and should atleast be speaking words- not babbling. They run and kick and scream at you and ask questions that you can't understand because- yes, they can't speak full coherent sentences.
