here mickey is looking at yev after being asked to take care of him, he just stares in silence and who knows what went through his head.

he then goes straight up to his room to collect some clothes but first takes a second to collect himself as he probably didn’t expect to see the kid nor being asked to take care of him. we don’t see mickey interacting with yev or even trying to pick him up until terry shows up. that’s when he puts on a fake smile and pretends he gives a shit about him, his wife and how happy he is with the life his father forced onto him.

mickey only starts to tolerate the kids presence thanks to ian. cause ian sees yev as their kid and mickey would do anything for ian so he starts to take care of the baby, just a little bit. when svetlana left after the whole kidnapping, mickey didn’t care if he couldn’t see the baby anymore he just wanted to be with ian. when theyre back together and ian is talking about having kids, mickey is so scared of fucking up and be like his father.
