Rewatching the wilds 1x04 is so funny because like. Toni and Shelby are facing each other off with funky ~western duel music in the background and being Extremely Dramatic and we’re definitely meant to take this scene as their big gay confrontation, the culmination of their hostility, the rawest “enemy” portion of their enemy-to-lovers arc, but really, the only things these two idiots do to each other are, like, extremely vague threats, a lot of smug smirking, and Shelby’s RIDICULOUS little shove to the back of Toni’s legs.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the beach, Leah and Fatin are savagely tearing into each other and drawing actual blood.
