Okay so I’ve learned a couple of things in stamping my knife projects. 1- I stink at striking the stamp (I have a half inch stamp) dead on so I never get the full stamp imprinted. Only get about 2/3 of it each time. 2 - this stamp actually works really well on wood and leather. 3- for the knives probably need a simpler design if I want it to come out right. 4- if I want this design will probably need much bigger stamp with more pronounced lines for digging in to the heated blade.
