Harvest tours are not boring quests, learn to love them and make the most out of the free time that you get to gather resources that may just make you that lifesaving potion

MH4U - Use the terrain around you to perform aerial attacks on monsters. More often than not a successful strike will allow you to mount the monster and begin attacking it

Make sure you stay stocked up on Hot and Cold Drinks for hunts in extreme conditions

Sleep at the base camp bed to fully recover your health, stamina and remove any status effects. In MH4U it also heals your Palicoes

Burrowing monsters can be brought to the surface by using Sonic Bombs

You can roll 3 times to get rid of fireblight or once on water

MH4U - You can roll towards a wall and press A to start climbing instantly. This is useful as it works even when your weapon is unsheathed

MH4U - Wave at the hot air balloon to temporarily mark the locations of large monsters on the map

Running is always an option. Don't be stupid. Pick your fights wisely

Take the time to master the BBQ Spit so that you can achieve Well-Done Steaks every time ;)

Keep your eyes open for upgrades. Check in with the smith frequently to keep up to date with available upgrades and what resources you need to buff up your equipment

Choose the right weapon for you! Don't go straight for a weapon based on looks and try out every type of weapon so you find what is right for your play style

Keep your shit organised. Seriously, you'll thank me for it later. All it takes is a button press to auto-sort
