        charlotte LITERALLY just got that carpet cleaned. and now you’re bleeding ALL over it. sorry if her sympathy level’s running a little low. she’ll still get the bandages out, provided you MOVE. “if you’re going to bleed out, can you at least do it in the kitchen? where it’s TILE and your mess’ll be easier to clean?”

           charlotte let out a soft hum when she felt his tongue slip into her mouth, briefly meeting it with hers before she pulled away and kissed him again. his pulling back was met with a smirk and then followed by a laugh as he lifted her up. she hooked her legs around his waist, ankles crossing behind him. the layers she had on were already minimal, but she couldn’t wait to get them off. “obviously,” she started, small hands placed on the back of his neck. “and you’re moving too slow,” she finished with a smile.

        “what do you think it was?” she asked, her stomach roiling from fear. that was an emotion she was totally unfamiliar with. her fingers crossed, hoping for luck -- wanting it either to be a joke or something small or at least she wanted them to get out safely. and where the hell were their friends? charlotte stayed as close to him as humanly possible and nodded, swallowing. “at some point, sure -- but it’s massive.” 

       There were only so many chances she got to be so close to him, especially while they were here. Even though everyone seemed to be incredibly hormonal, apparently being that close in front of them was wrong. It didn’t matter anymore, anyway. She was about to open her mouth to respond -- but was interrupted by his lips against hers once more. Thank Christ. She swallowed her words and let her arms take their place around his neck. She tilted her neck upward as she pressed herself closer, practically grinding her hips against his. She was starting not to mind the idea of them huddled together, inside this time.

      “i don’t know if you’ve NOTICED, but i think the boy at that table -- farthest RIGHT -- fancies you. he keeps glancing over.”

      “are you having a competition for finding the WEIRDEST reading material in the library? or are you actually into this stuff? no judgement either way -- it’s just.. an interesting choice.”

      “that’s an INTENSE amount of hardware you’ve got there. what, exactly, do you need all THAT for?”

        “do me a favour and please wipe that LOOK off your face -- he was unconscious when i FOUND him. someone else’s DIRTY work.”

    “you know, i don’t think i’ve ever seen someone look so UNCOMFORTABLE before. you doin’ okay there? do you need to step out? you GOOD?” 

       “oh gosh, i’m SO sorry -- i’m really bad at looking where i’m going. are you OKAY? if i ruined anything with that tea, i swear i’ll replace it.”
