“It’s fine.” If it’s a little cold, well. Jin’s history with food isn’t exactly what you’d call pleasant. She doesn’t like being scrutinized while she eats and she certainly doesn’t like even a playful threat of having a meal taken away from her. Plus he’s too casual; maybe it’s just in conjunction with the other stuff, but it puts her off.

“I can lend you some money if you need food,” Jin says, despite herself. Too nice for her own good. Though she’s fairly sure this person isn’t poor and hungry—just a pest. Stop perceiving me, she thinks. Go away. Shoo, Mosquito-kun.

“...?”

The unexpected offer would only warrant an unexpected response from the natural-born troublemaker. Smirk dissipating, the only thing prominent in his expression would now be his raised brows. 

Ah.

Looking from side to side, Jeremy would realise that he had fallen out of character. Habitually, he’d fiddle at the piercings of his ear- his attempt at easing back in.

“You don’t think that’s a little rude?” She’s not able to swallow back the reply before it tumbles from her mouth, and Jin flushes, embarrassed at her own boldness. But, she does try to stand her ground nonetheless. “Um, yes. I am. I’m sorry for eating so slowly, I guess. You don’t have to watch if it’s frustrating for you.”

In Jeremy’s humble opinion, he wasn’t being rude at all! He very well could’ve just pinched whatever was left for himself but instead, he had been careful enough to ask!

But this is fine. Food was great, but that reaction was arguably better. Maybe he should switch course.

With all the information he could possibly receive right before his eyes, Revolver barely listened to Maborochi’s commentary, thinking it insignificant. He kept his usual façade, but noticed his chest tightening upon realising who this user could be - or rather what this user could be involved in. 

Lavender eyes shifted to observe the duel disk wrapped around Maborochi’s wrist. Another scan followed, with no detection of an Ignis code. Revolver sighed.  

“We’ve met.”  

Thus far, Maborochi appeared rather oblivious, however his behaviour seemed to shift with the topic. Perhaps, he could be of use to Revolver. 

“Moonphaser has something he shouldn’t have - and that I need. A special artificial intelligence. I’m sure you know what I’m talking about.”

A special artificial intelligence? The only ones who’d go after such a thing would be the Galilean Moons but... After giving this stranger an up and down look, Maborochi would conclude that this person probably wasn’t a part of this group. 

“Ahh, the Duel Tamagotchi.”

He did know the right term, he just liked being a menace about it. It was funny how dramatic of a reaction he’d get when he called the faulty ignis that.

“Mmm, ‘fraid I can’t really help in that area, if that’s what you’re thinking of getting me to do.”

The wyrm type duelist shrugged his shoulders lightly, cracking the smallest hint of a grin. Crescent was the only bridge to Tsuki at the moment. He wasn’t going to give that chance away just like that.
