4.3 folds in to 2.1 but that’s not to say that they aren’t directly making parallels in other eps cos they definitely always are! Interesting as well how s4 ‘the worst point’ has what I take to be a narrative from John where he hates himself, torturing himself by making Sherlock say I love you under false pretense and John finally admitting he can’t say that because it’s true. Lots of possible ways for s5 to go but ultimately they’ll disclose their love, not under fake duress, maybe real or maybe none? Or maybe before/during sex.

Act 3 is kinda odd, everything folds through the middle of 3.2 which is they key knowledge (best mans speech, declaration of love (unconditional even maybe??)) so projecting I guess 3.1 will be mirrored but resolved in 5.3 as the synthesis of both the events in TEH and TFP.

And all that train/dick imagery... they’re gonna “let the bomb go off” and have sex, I guess and they won’t need to believe the other dead or about to die to say “I love you”. I’m sure there is also something very important about the coffin maker having sex with Serbian torturers wife and that saving sherlocks life but I can’t quite work it out.
