And youre like "well, it seems to clear mental fog for me, and I tend to eat abnormally" but there isn't any study about people like me and therefore it's not "proven" that it helps you and you are delusional

And when you are like "Well sugar also stops me from fainting so it's not very strange to think that it could help with mental fog, both symptoms of not enough ", they will be " okay maybe in YOUR case, but don't act like it's normal", and you like wasn't. You ere talking about yourself all that time.

What I'm trying to say, is that some evidence-based gurus are so used to feeling superiority by "disproving false claims" they automatically default to disproving your individual experience, even if it contains nuances unreflected in current science and I hate that. And I hate being called abnormal every time I'm not in a median range, because my dude 50% of people in any study are also not in median range
