I've also found a new comic to read: I Dare You. I really liked this webcomic. The plot is original and the main character is entertainingly mental. It's really sad, but good.

Currently reading a new book called Night of the Raven, Dawn of the Dove by Rati Mehotra. By "new" I mean I found it at the library a week ago, in actuality this book has been out since Oct. of 2022. Barely started it and it's pretty good. Interesting characters, plot, and is easy to follow. The cover was very convincing to reach for it, dark and beautiful.

They're alone together having just ran from the enemy and ready to escape through the window. The light from the window protrudes in her direction, Seyeon takes the stan. She lays out her plan, thoughts, emotions, exposing herself to him. Possibility on the verge of humiliation over the misinterpretation of romantic mutuality. Detailing into her praise and admiration to him which retorts into a spiral of awareness what of it all meant. It wasn't romantic intent. He was never the focus. The focus was her lack. He had the strength and courage and she lacked. Her emptiness to be of something made her crave attention. She craved acknowledgment of the person who seemed the most whole in her eyes.

Today I started a new series called Copycat. I'm on the 11th episode and so far, it's wild. I'm familiar with the author, Carnby Kim, and artist, Youngchan Hwang, of the series. And have read their previous works, which they did not disappoint. This one already has me on edge 👍.

Episode 1 - Gwangho was banned from the PFC for his inappropriate language and actions, and a specific violent situation.

He faces an exist, with his face not visible. An image of a growling tiger stretched across his jacket. His fists are tightly clenched, with blood splattered on his fist and lower body, and the surrounding area.

Besides a small side view of his cheek, his entire face is hidden. His emotions about the situation cannot be said but by the way he has his body (tightened fist and a wide stance) and of course all the blood it seems to have been very intense. His feelings about the whole thing would have measured in extremes from the adrenaline, either very distraught or pumped with excitement.

After more than a year this series is returning! Because of that I've been rereading it, and the experience has been very enjoyable. I love it! Hope it eventually gains the following it deserves and has more people talking about it.
