Obviously sub and dub both have their merits and separately are worth their own rewatch however nothing will ever top Corey Wilder’s decision to give Zanka voice cracks and squeaks when he gets frustrated, angry, or scared

omg i wanted to talk about this 🙏 a lot of people immediately think of zeno when talking about the dub, and he fs did an amazing job, but i think corey wilder deserves sm more praise for how he portrayed zanka. i KNOW he ended up losing his country accent from the manga but the the little gay inflections in his voice, the squeaks, the way he yells, its all just tewww cute. i was losing my mind waiting for the last 2 dub episodes to come out bc i wanted to hear corey's zanka so so so bad. it sucks that zanka will be mostly non existent in the next season, i needdduhh moreeuhhh
