I’m back with more 3am drawings.
What you’re seeing above is Alphys and Sans in Alphys’ lab. Clothes are different than their present designs and Sans doesn’t have his scar yet(you might think Alu caused it but it was actually Undyne, no bad intent behind it of course). Something more relaxed I guess? Anyway, this is set before Alu, the genocidal human before Frisk, falls down in the Underground. Al and Sans are working on permanent magic enhancement.
Since I don’t think I’ll be able to cover this with a comic, I’m gonna say it now. When Alu arrives the experiment is still in progress but at some point it becomes a necessity to stop her. Alphys doesn’t allow it since it’s not a completed work, but Sans becomes desperate, so he uses it.
Of course it has many side effects, sometimes when using his magic Sans feels extreme pain coming from his left socket, as well as sees some memories that almost feel like an out of body experience, so he can become distracted or even immobilized. He has to think twice before using his powers.
Anyway I love drawing Alphys??Conclusion I came to after finishing this: I may have been art blocked since this February.
