Thinking about Blue deltarune. Tell me why it seems that he is at least the second most aware of the situation the flowers are in, and the lightners are in, after Flowery...

I absolutely love that Blue captures the quality of humans & lightners and their ability to LOVE so deeply, and how Blue sees this love being expressed, and decides to, DESPITE the world and his own existence going away, tell Kris that he wants this a comedy, not tragedy. That Blue will help Kris, and Flowery. But the thing is, when you look, Blue seems to want Kris to win far more. And oh my goodness, there's so much to say about Blue & Flowery's potential dynamic.

In the final boss fight with Flowery, all Flowery says to summon Blue is "Blue!" and he responds with "We know, Flowery ... We are here to play our part." Blue seems mildly melancholy about this, about having to stop Kris. Plus, Flowery hyped up EVERY OTHER FLOWER but simply.. calls Blue by name. No hype up, just calls him in. I think that, if Flowery is the one that explained to everyone why it is so important to keep this world around & Asgore around, that the conversation with BLUE would be.. interesting. Tense, maybe, because Blue understands Flowery's love for Asgore, but also understands Asgore.. can't stay forever. That Flowery's love, even if strong, may not be as powerful as Kris' and even Asgore's love for Kris or Toriel.
