N O T I C E !
I start school tomorrow, August 24, so I wonât be that active. I would do what I did before and put the account on an indefinite hiatus, but this time I will try to stick around. That being said though, I will be much slower than usual. Amazing, right? I will try my best to get on every weekend to do replies, but thatâs no guarantee. So, if youâd still like to interact with Luhan, I highly encourage you to add me on AIM @ meiguilu or drop your AIM in my inbox and Iâll go say hello first. There Iâm active just about every day and since I can access LTE/4G in the school building, I can even reply during the day.Â
{`He greets the stranger with a bow, and a smile} Hey, I'm Kyung, pleasure to meet you! And what do people call you?
(--The florist turned to face the stranger who had wandered into the shop, about to ask if he needed help until he bowed and gave his name. And, without a single second to spare, he did the same.) Nameâs Lu Han. Pleasure to meet you Kyung!Â
jayybumpark:
In the end he decided to stay put, knowing there was no reason to wander around. If he did, he felt like he would be walking out with a lot more than he intended to. Jay instead hummed, looking around at what he could see from where he stood in front of the counter. When the shop keeper returned he quirked a brow and couldnât help but look surprised at the choices. Not that he was expecting anything in particular: he was far from an expert on flowers or all the different types of flora the place offered. â.. These look like the ones from Alice in Wonderland,â he mused to himself, making a mental note that he was watching too many childrenâs movies lately with one of his friends if that was the first thing that came out of his mouth. A few moments of thinking later, and he nodded, confirming whatever thoughts were going through his mind in that short span of time. âIâll take both. These for the, yeah.â He moved the first bouquet to the side to indicate it was the one he spoke of. âThe others Iâll take to someone.â Jay quieted again as if going to contemplate even more, but instead this time he looked at the stranger and ended up chuckling a little. âI hope itâs not offensive, but.â He gestured to the maleâs hair. âIs that like the shop uniform?âÂ
Lu Han wasnât sure why he chose to stare at whatâs behind the counter. In his opinion, there wasnât much to stare at. That part of the shop remained bare. Why? Well, that answer seemed obvious. Wouldnât make sense to have something there if heâd block it when he stood behind the counter. Wouldnât be nice to have something poke at his back either. Heâd ruin the merchandise that way too. Catching the manâs attention again, he held both out to him at about the same length, so it wouldnât seem like he favored one over the other. Though if he asked of his opinion heâd pick the cyclamen. They were kind of rare, so you wouldnât see a lot of people with it. They had a unique shape and color too, something he admired. Thatâs why he found the otherâs comment a little funny - they were truly something out of a fairytale. âI agree, I agree! Perhaps theyâre a little magical? Could make the goodbye a bit easier for you?â He offered his best smile. âThough I doubt even a little magic could do that. Saying goodbye is tough. I donât think Iâd be able to do it.â With the manâs decision made, Lu Han tried not to look too excited when he set the two down and moved to grab the money box from behind the counter. popping the tin open. âWell, I said Iâd charge you extra for one, but since youâre buying two, I wonât. Still kind of expensive though at 143826.26 won.â He titled his head with an apologetic smile. âSorry.â About to turn away to grab a bag, when he pointed out his hair he couldnât held but pout, a hand coming up to twirl a strand around his index finger. âWhat? Itâs not my natural hair color. Itâs... It was a happy accident!â He tried to defend himself thought his voice got quiet. âDoes it look bad...?â
 tertinggal:
[ âž ] He massaged his temple between his thumb and forefinger, trying to jog his memory. For as long as he could remember, his mother planted all sorts of flowers on the balcony. She changed them depending on the season so he couldnât tell what her favourite was. âViolets?â He seemed to recall she had a small handkerchief in her bag at all times with such an embroidery. âAnd sunflowers.â Every once in a while, the yellow petals had always find their way into the dining table, providing a radiating shine to brighten the place he calls home. His mother had taken great care of them, sprinkling them with water every so often and making sure they had enough sunlight. Finally, he nodded in confirmation. âLots of violets and sunflowers, please.â
âYou got it. Just give me a minute, okay?â And he went off. He decided it would be best to make it more sunflower-heavy than violet. It wouldâve been better if he made it grand, something worth a motherâs love, but he chose to go with something more elegant. It was somewhat smaller than what he would go for, but it would do. The florist started with the sunflowers, gathering about thirty. The man asked for a lot, so thatâs what he would get. The amount seemed to overwhelm him somewhat, but he still kept that tight in his hand. Onto the violets. He gathered about fifteen, going for the two to one ratio - not entirely sure if that was the way to describe it. Now moving back to the counter, he had one hand tight around the sunflowers and the other around the violets, his grip loose around them. âPick a color.â He didnât take his eyes off the flowers when he spoke, laying out the violets on the counter. Now was kind of the hard part. One by one, he wedged the violets into the sunflowers toward the center in the a circle, smiling at how it started to look.

wrcyter:
âGood thing you share the same sentiment on skipping a card,â he says with a wry smile. He was trying, but he still felt like he should try harder. He followed the florist as the young male walked deeper into the store and to another section, before he came face to face with an entire shelf full of variations of purple tinted flowers. They were beautiful.
âI think this is fine,â he answers uncertainly, taking the bouquet and looking down at. He pressed his lips together, giving it a once over before looking up again at the florist. âIf you got into a fight, and someone else had to apologize, would you appreciate this? Or if you were the one apologizing, would you go for it? Iâm doubting myself.âÂ
He offered the other a smile when he took the bouquet from him. The question kind of caught him off guard, but his smile didnât falter. In fact, it grew a bit that heâd ask for his opinion. âUm, if I were in a fight with someone and had to apologize, I would appreciate this. I mean, youâre trying, so I have to give you that much.â He tilted his head and scratched at his cheek for a second, thinking about what he would say next. âNow, if I were to be completely honest -- and I will be -- if I were the one apologizing, I wouldnât settle for just flowers. If I could, Iâd make them a meal. If not, Iâd ask them out for a meal.â His shoulder lifted up to give a small shrug. âIâd do something more. Iâd go above and beyond. Well, not necessarily. Iâd throw in food with the flowers. If you figure out whatever their favorite food is, itâll... win them over.â He tipped his head down and let out a small laugh. âYou know what they say. Key to heart is through the stomach.â
sxxlhyxn:
âWell, I live by a motto. Itâs pretty simple. Iâll try anything once. When something catches my eye, I go for it!â she explained with a grin. Anything new and interesting that came her way was often consumed by her in seconds, and a new shop like his was perfect for that. A self confessed shop-aholic, she often looked around for the new cool place. His compliment made her smile even wider. Though she had heard that said all her life, it still caused a blush to creep on her cheeks. âThank you,â she gave hime a gentle look, hoping her presence wasnât worrying of freaking him out. Behind all the lights and mirrors, she was just someone looking for some flowers. Once she was content with the pictures she took, she came a little closer to him. âWait, what did you say?â she raised an eyebrow in disbelief, chuckling. He was quite handsome, in reality. Noticing his prince like features, a frown made its way on her face. âDonât say that about yourself!â being the happy virus she was, she hated it when people said things that were self decrepitating. âYouâre very handsome, donât say stuff like that,â she looked at him with a large smile, hoping her compliment would help with his confidence. âCome here,â she grinned and posed with him, taking a couple selcas together. âWhich one should I post,â she scrolled through her phone, showing him the different ones. âYou look great in all of them!âÂ
âAh-- But this place isnât that special, you know. If you hadnât seen me, wouldnât you think it was vacant? I think a lot of people think itâs vacant. I think thatâs why I donât get business. That, or itâs too surreal to enter.â He half joked. He had an idea of why people chose not to come in, but he wouldnât put complain in front of another person. He liked what he do - he loved it, in fact. There was nothing wrong with the flowers either. They were beautiful. A lot of people just didnât share his passion. And that would be okay if he didnât have bills to pay. He wasnât one to take advantage of a situation, but he did hope the publicity sheâd bring him would be enough. Answering her comment with a quick âthank youâ followed by a smile, Lu Han looked at her phone and watched her scroll through the pictures. He didnât think she took that many. He probably looked silly next to her considering he didnât change his pose for any. âI think youâre talking about yourself, Miss. Youâre the one who makes the picture.â He looked over at her then pointed to one. The two posed together with a smile, the bouquet she bought in the center. âHow about that one?â
kixjaejoong:
âYouâre sure? I mean, thank youâŚâ Being allowed to walk in he had hesitantly moved into the shop and went to look at the flowers, it was some botanical garden to him; the fact he could look at all the flowers even if it wasnât in such a normal manner like seeing them outside it still made him happy. âItâs alright to ask that. As for why Iâm out so late itâs because I was invited out to support a friend and- Iâd call him a co-worker but I donât think heâd be happy hearing me say that.â saying that he stopped to look at some red roses, tempted to pick one up. âI havenât been able to see flowers for a long time since I have night shift now. Itâs a little dumb for me to miss something so simple but, I guess I canât help that.â
âIf you caught me during the daytime, I wouldâve been a lot more nicer, but right Iâm going to be honest. Itâs a bit silly to miss something like a flower. I mean - theyâre just about everywhere you look. Just look down. Youâll find a wildflower growing in the crack of the sidewalk.â Lu Han offered the stranger a smile. It probably wouldnât be too wise to turn his back to him, unsure of what he was capable of, but he didnât care much. He couldnât. Sleep poked and prodded at him now, and if the other wasnât here, he probably wouldâve pulled out the blanket from the back room and slept on the shop floor. âBut, of course, nothingâs as special as what Iâve got here.â He walked behind the counter and took a seat on the stool there. It was clear that he was tired, but he still looked proud after what he had said. âGrew it all myself. Well - Not all of it. I had to order some to keep the shop stocked year-round.â The florist was never one to brag, but people changed around a certain time of night. Now just happened to be his time. âCan I ask what you work as, mister? Or whatever... Your friend called you out for.â
gttkwng:
Listening to the otherâs explanation and casual advice, Gikwang took a cautious step forward to examine the flowers within his reach from a shorter distance but it didnât help him in any way to determine what exactly he had been seeking. Upon hearing the question, he tried to quell the roiling nervousness in his stomach, and his gaze landed upon an undefined spot in the distance that allowed him to organize his thoughts. âUm, a date? I mean, this is not entirely true, itâs a term that is close enough to what I would⌠call that⌠thing Iâm going to pull off. And giving her a red rose would be too⌠blunt? And also, unoriginal. I think women fancy more creativity these days, this is why Iâm in dire need of your help.â
âUm.â The florist understood the manâs request, but couldnât think of what to say. That didnât mean he wouldnât try. For a moment, he stood there completely baffled then started to use his hand to express what he thought. He first held it up just above his waist then poked at his cheek with a single digit, a pout on his expression when he realized he just couldnât think of the words. He lifted a shoulder up in a small shrug then turned from the other and went to retrieve what he think would work. There were three - white carnations, red chrysanthemums, and red tulips. They all related to love in some way. âDo you like any of these? I assume you donât want to make some grand gesture so these are all small.â
kixjaejoong:
Starting to feel embarrassed when the door opened Jaejoong looked to the left and bit his lower lip in thought for a moment only to speak up. âI was asking if you are closed for the night.â Jaejoong says,  taking glances in the mans direction with a sheepish smile. He didnât have work tonight but he was going to meet a friend of his at the club nearby but being the type of guy Jae was he got easily distracted in fact it was almost if the flowers just caught his eyes while watching the inside of buildings to check for people or anything interesting. âI mean⌠if you are thatâs fine, Iâll be on my way.. I was just glancing here and there.â mumbling he finally meets eyes with the younger man, putting on a smile at first.
He noticed how embarrassed the other had gotten. He almost wanted to laugh again, but he refrained himself from doing so, and instead moved out of the way for him to come in. âI am, but if youâd like to take a look inside, youâre welcome to.â Lu Han smiled at the stranger and gestured inside with a hand. He didnât try to make a sale, he didnât want to, but if the other insisted heâd open the cash register and let him take whatever he wanted. âItâs the least I can do,â he said. âWhatâs got you out this late anyway? I mean, if you donât mind me asking.âÂ

chizoku:Â
âAh, coming.â The male responded, folding his umbrella carefully after shaking off the drips of water clinging onto it and he only smiled as the other man invited him inside the small shop. He noticed that the interior was well decorated with even more vibrant colored flowers, somehow giving it a refreshing feel as Kiro took a better look. He couldnât believe himself for only stepping in now when he passes by this particular shop almost every single day.
âIndeed it is,â he retorted, his smile unceasing, assuming the male is either the owner himself or just a worker grabbing this chance to make profit out of the situation. He understood, heâd be the same as the other. âIt didnât rain for quite some time, maybe a week or so. I think itâs about time for the plants to feed,â he mumbled, looking back at a bunch of prettily arranged flowers. âWhat are these called? Theyâre gorgeous,â he pointed at a vase of tiny white bloom, attracted to the small petals that aesthetically pleased him, thinking of how perfect those would be to be decorated in his own shop.
If it had been a normal, sunny day, he would've tried to make a sale, but he didnât want to take advantage of the situation. It wouldnât be fair to the other if he did. He didnât want to trade shelter for a few couple thousand won. It would still be awkward between the two, but it would be better than any awkward silence that followed a ânoâ to buying flowers. âI like it. I mean- Itâs good for the flowers, but I would love to go sit in it.â He offered the man a smile now, sort of encouraging him to talk more. âI love when it rains. I have to clean my glasses every second, but itâs so calming to look at the sky and just watch,â he said, moving to stand behind the counter again. âI like the smell too before, during, and after.â Was it weird to admit that? A lot of people would say that kind of thing to a friend, but was it acceptable to say it to stranger? Probably not, but he couldnât take it back. What was said, couldnât be unsaid, right?Â
When he heard the other talk again, Lu Han looked toward him and took note of how he touched the flower. If the man came back, or if he noticed him again, heâd try to get him to buy it. âThose are âsatin pinkâ daffodils. I remember looking up why they were called that, but I canât remember the reason right now. Sorry.â He offered an apologetic smile, though he probably didnât need to. No one had interest in that kind of stuff like he did.Â
kixjaejoong:
It felt bittersweet to keep his eyes on the flowers he kept his eyes on the Morning glorys in particular. Maybe he could steal them? Wait why would he do that? He could protest to the idea but it only came to the realization that heâd miss his old life more if he was to continue looking. Looking surprised at the entry of a stranger on the other side of the glass Jaejoong had smiled in embarrassment and looked like he was going to run off but instead worked up the courage to try and talk. âYouâre closed now correct?â He asks on the other side of the glass, not sure if the stranger could hear him.Â
Sure, anyone couldâve argued why he chose to be at the shop at that hour, but he had a good reason, other than that he was a bit bored and didnât want to go home. He owned the shop. If he wanted to be here, he could. That didnât explain why someone else would be out and about though. There was a club at the end of the street, but the other didnât look like he came from it. He didnât appear drunk like most people did and if he were heading that way, he wouldnât have noticed the shop. Even with it being the only shop lit, he considered it safe to assume that no one would notice it. Now, seeing the man surprised him, but when he did kind of amused him. Did he really try to talk to him through glass? Laughing at the sight, Lu Han moved to unlock the front door and held it open for the other. âUm, can I help you?â He wouldâve gestured him in, but he wanted to hear what the stranger had to say first.Â
sxxlhyxn:
A frown accompanied a thoughtful sigh as she listened to his words. She didnât fully know his situation, but from the look in his eye it was probably quite bad. His words made her think of that one dark time in her life, too. Though she couldnât completely sympathise as she was in the dark about what had happened to him- not that he seemed like the type to share his entire life story with a stranger- she gave him a smile and mirrored his actions by brushing it off with a polite compliment. âWell, youâve done a wonderful job. This place is beautiful,â she told him with a genuine smile- the look in her eye saying two words âI understand.â His shock made her laugh, teasing him a little bit. âDonât I look pretty enough to be in a girl group?â she giggled. When she got his attention, she took out her phone and started to take pictures of the piece her made her and other pretty things around the shop. âPlease, itâs no bother,â she said, taking more pictures before coming towards him. âCome close, take a selca with me- I mean, only if you donât mind.âÂ
He wouldâve acknowledged the womanâs look, the one that told him that she understood what he had said, but a big part of him couldnât believe that an idol had walked in. That would be the third time one had. At this point, he assumed they moved about like any other person would, but it kind of surprised him that they didnât bother to put on some sort of disguise. The first woman had a pair of sunglasses, the man a hat and sunglasses, yet she had nothing. Not even a bodyguard to protect her if a fan recognized and started to pursue her. When she started to tease him though, he got pulled from his thoughts and looked over at her with a slight pout, sort of upset that she would talk about herself in that way. âMiss, youâre beautiful. Youâre more than qualified to be in a girl group... Iâm just surprised that you decided to come in. You couldâve ordered some from a professional.â He cleared his throat and looked down when he realized what he said. âI-I mean Iâm flattered you came in--â He started to stumble over his words, but she probably wouldnât have notice when she started to move around the shop and take pictures. Part of him wanted to stop her, deeming himself no longer worthy, but when she spoke up again, it was too late. Picking his head up with a small smile, he just moved from behind the counter and stood next to her. âUh, is there a certain way you want me to pose?â He laughed a little. âOr you can take pictures with the bouquet you bought- I know Iâm not the most attractive.â
dweebpool:
âIâm⌠not good at colour coordination.â Andy coughed before looking down at his outfit for the day. Grey, white and black. What a colourful moodâ âI know itâs probably just another dumb question you hear literally every day but can you help me? I really donât want it to look sloppy or anythingââ
âItâs not a dumb question. Itâs my job to try and help you make the right decision. I know in this kind of situation, one on one, you donât have much of a choice, but it takes a lot of courage to ask for help, so Iâm glad you did.â It may not have looked it, but he did try to express his gratitude through his smile. Though the other did ask for the floristâs help, a big part of him wanted to push him to pick out what flowers he should use, but he would let that go and move toward the red section of the shop and pull out the basket of red tulips out. âIâd be more than happy to help. What colors do you like? I mean, itâll still look nice even if you pick all of them, so.âÂ

// Sort of here, but as usual, Iâll be slow.Â
jayybumpark:
Knowing his request was unconventional in the first place, Jay wasnât holding his breath for the shop keeperâs reply; even with the immense variety the place offered, it would mean nothing if the person in front of him had no idea what to recommend, and if he himself felt like the flowers recommended would do the occasion no justice. It was the reason he went to where he assumed there would be experts, after all. Luckily however, the other male didnât seem to immediately grimace, and instead seemed ready to help. Jay didnât argue when he said he needed a moment, only smiling at the otherâs words and nodding before getting his phone from his pocket to check a few messages: included in that was a text to the person who had recommended him to this shop in particular. Utterly unsure of first, he was feeling it was the right choice the more he lingered around.Â
Hearing a bit of shuffling behind the counter, Jay lifted his head to see a book disappearing behind the counter and raised an eyebrow at his options. Again, thank goodness for the professionals. He was unaware what either flower looked likeâ hell, he even briefly wondered what the male meant by âsweat peaâ. The vegetable came from flowers, apparently. âOr something like that,â he thought to himself, not wanting to voice his question in case he was dead wrong. âPrice doesnât matter. But yeah, a think Iâd like to look. See whatâll fit better.â Without a sound logic to fall back on in this instance, Jay decided to go with instinct and pick whatever flora just.. seemed right. It was all he could do in the situation. âAm I allowed to go back or, you gonna bring them out, or.. Donât want to just assume I can go runninâ around everywhere in the shop,â he added with a soft chuckle.
"I mean, if you feel that inspired to take a run around the shop, go ahead. Be my guest, in fact. There's a lot to look at, but I'm not sure if it's your thing. Iâm not sure if itâs anyoneâs thing, to be honest. But give me a second, yeah? You can choose to stay here, or take a look around. Itâs up to you." Lu Han reached behind the counter, picked up his sketchbook again, and made his way toward the back room. He probably didnât need it. Cyclamen were rare and had a unique look to them, it would be impossible to mix them up with what he had in the back. And sweet pea varied in color down the stem. It stuck out no matter what section he put it in, though that just made it easy to identify. And it kind of gave the flower a unique look to it, something he considered to be beautiful. Now inside the aforementioned room, the florist moved the book onto the table he had back there and flipped open to the page where he kept a picture of each flower he had ordered and the order number. He scanned the room for a second, taking in what he could, then reached out toward one. Sure that it was what he had came there for, Lu Han made his way out.Â
âThese are Cyclamen,â he said while making his way back toward the counter, unsure if the other would turn to look at it. The bouquet itself had been wrapped tightly in large pieces of silver ribbon then had two thin pieces of grey curled around out, crossing each other. It kind of looked like a wedding bouquet, now that he thought about it. The flowers themselves were white, almost like a fresh blanket of snow. âGo ahead and look them over.â The boy placed it down then moved toward the pink section to grab a medium-sized bouquet of sweet peas. He didnât bother to try and get the manâs attention again as it would just be a short walk back to the counter. âAnd these are sweet peas.â Like any other bouquet, they were wrapped in plastic with a thin piece of pink ribbon tied around the base. The flowers themselves started out white where they were connected to the stem then gradually become a pale pink, similar to his hair.Â
