Ok, i liked the episode but I'm very disappointed with how the whole Nasuka-Baku-Kureha situation was resolved. It had so much more potential. Why did Baku hide this from her for so long? Clearly, there were intentions for this to end in conflict between Nasuka and Baku; otherwise, why didn't Baku tell her from the beginning?

Fixing the whole situation in a ridiculous way, like it was some trivial joke, with Fujimi saying that Baku wanted to be "considerate"—considerate of fricking what? His co - worker's friend died again (In this case, it was worse for Baku because he saw it with his own eyes and couldn't do anything to prevent it.) , and Baku didn't seem to care in the slightest. He didn't even show a hint of anguish or guilt in the second half of the show .

This makes me so angry because it contrasts so sharply with the importance this event had in the first part of the series—literally. Kureha's death was one of the most devastating moments for Baku , the very reason for his identity crisis (Baku vs. Seven), why he stopped doubting about his mission, kill Odaka, and why he gained the power of Catastrophe—I just don't understand what Takahashi was trying to do here.

The saddest part of all this is that Nasuka is the one who pays the highest price and bears the brunt of the consequences; she was living a happy, peaceful life, and the only reason why she got dragged into this mess was because Baku told her about Kureha—hoping to find her after believing she was missing—only for her to end up finding Kureha dead, without ever getting the chance to reunite with or say goodbye to her ( unlike of her versión from Baku's premonitory dream ).

Sorry for the long post; I wanted to explore this topic in greater depth and discuss how poorly it was handled.

If yall haven't noticed from my Blade x Shugo Chara post, I have been doing this huge project where I take live action toku heroes and dress them up like magical girls! Mostly PreCure atm, but I have a whole list and will be expanding to Ultra in the near future as well!

I was actually planning on going old school magical girl like Minky Momo or Cutie Honey for Ichigo as the plan was the og Hongo, but someone said "Ichigo as ichigo (strawberry)" while I was discussing the project and my immediate response was "YES" 😂
