Shilzie and her sisters, Elvi and Nylee, were adopted ten years ago by Dawn de Barcsy just after the death of her husband, Tod. They have been raised with nothing but love by their brother and mother, touring the States as "The Aztec Daughters of Xipe Totec." Elvi and Nylee live as most children should, carefree. Shilzie however, knows what the adults around her neglect to share. Secrets and thoughts, not all of them innocent. Some are downright sinister.
