Rey! I’ve been busy with work projects but needed something outside of it so I did this which is part of the #sixfanartschallenge I intend to finish. It’s pretty simple but a nice break from the normal. (1 of 6)

I’ve been so insanely busy with work that I’ve had little time for any personal work. I actually started this a weekend I had a few free hours and I think it turned out exactly how I wanted it to. If you haven’t read The Magnificent Ms Marvel I highly recommend it and I guarantee you’ll love Kamala Khan. 😊

Ms Marvel has taken over my sketchbook!!!! I’ve been reading The Magnificent Ms Marvel so when I’ve had time (which has been very sparse) I’ve been drawing the amazing Kamala Khan. Go read that series if you’re looking for a new comic book.

Again, this is something a little different from my normal stuff but when I have some time I’ve been working on. 😊

When I’ve had time I’ve been practicing on branching out a little. I did this awhile ago and it’s kind of a tribute to the Marvel Action Captain Marvel comic series. It’s actually at the kids section in my local comic store but I have no shame in saying that it’s my favorite comic series right now. Go check it out!

Let’s start the week off right with some Captain Marvel art. I inked this and then painted it digitally. :) 

I’ve been in my sketchbook a lot at night lately and just forget to post these things sometimes. I think I drew this after the Spider-Man news broke. Sometimes you need to draw something to just brighten your day, you know?

I did a pretty graphic sketch of venom in my sketchbook then wanted to take it a step further with a few more elements in a painting. I love drawing Venom because there’s so much you can do with him.

 I did this painting a few weeks ago but here I changed up the suit, the suit color, her hair color, some lighting affects, and added an inked line to it. So it could be a throwback but it’s also a little bit new as well. I really like this one a little bit more with a little bit of that inked comic look added.  

I’ve been busy but have tried to do a few inks in my sketchbook every night as I watch a tv show or movie. Here are some Hulk and Thor ones😊

 I sketched while watching/crying through Endgame last night. I added some quick color but nothing fancy. Be prepared for more Marvel because I haven't done all the extras on that Blue Ray yet.  #IronMan #Endgame #ink #sketchbook

So, while it’s a bit morbid, I had a few interesting days over the weekend and this poor frog is the center of all that drama. One of my dogs loves to hunt, she’s a mass murderer in fact. It’s not her fault, it’s just the way she was bred. Anyway, this cute dog you see in the background decided to take out not just this frog but another one as well- which led to her having an immediate allergic reaction (swollen, bloodshot eyes, vomiting, swelling gums) and her staying in the animal ER over night. It was a rough few days for her but she pulled through. You would think she would have learned something but no because what was she chasing last night- another frog.
