She is right. J. Michael Bailey is part of a group of transphobic researchers who believe all trans people are some kind of sexual perverts. "Gender critical" TERFs and right wing transphobes refer to their pseudo-science in order to cause trans people harm.

Lisa Littman is the one responsible for the infamous "rapid onset gender dysphoria" theory, a narrative with no basis in real life.
