all my lighters disappeared

pretty sure i gained back all the weight i lost last week and summer starts in 6 days

why does nothing seem achievable anymore

two weeks till summer isn’t enough time for me to like the way i look

i still listen to old recordings of your voice

my eye bags have gotten horrible

i’m at the point where i’m taking melatonin at 3pm because i don’t want to be awake

i’m pretty sure i’m spiralling

who do i self sabotage everything

nothing feels real anymore

when am i going to be enough for people

i accidentally cut my tongue with a razor blade today

my therapist thinks i’m doing worse

i wonder if i’ll always miss them

i stated isolating myself again and i don’t know why

what’s new

i guess they were just like everybody else after all
