The last few months for me has been soooo extra tiring in work. Late December last year we migrated our system from on-premised to cloud based system. Apparently, the 3rd party our higher ups got is just so fucking dumb that actually ruined both systems and messed up the details of the employees. As Data Management, we have to align everything based on what is their correct information.
Then life happens, first quarter of 2022 our Senior HR resigned. Basically, it’s just me and co-Sr Admin who’s handling everything. From 100 tickets, 200 and turned to 1000+ tickets. Haha everyday OT for 2-3 hours or MORE. Then my partner got promoted and then life happens again, she handed her resignation Apr 2022 and left in May.
I was soooo anxious and can already feel the tiring workdays.
Well, life happens again. I got promoted as HR Specialist and our Senior HR came back.
I was nervous but challenged at the same time. When I sat on the position, I made sure that my mind is align based on my new job description. Aside from my daily tasks, I have additional workloads as well.
Came June 2022, less than 2 weeks of me as an HR Specialist, from 1000+ tickets, we are now down to almost 800. My personal ticket was from almost 500 down to 250 today before I went out.
Still has A LOT of work to do but still grateful that there’s a progress.
