I had a 45 of this and must have played it 1000s of times.

I distinctly remember the hair on the back of my neck standing up and chills running down my spine watching the opening of Happy Days as a kid. I think this is why rockabilly is among my favorites.

This was on a TV music compilation album at one of the daycare centers I was dumped at as a kindergartener. Reggae is still high on my list.

Elvis died around the time I was 7 or so. Natural step as he was everywhere for a few years and it’s a straight line from The Fonz, Elvis, and Joe Strummer. Rockabilly always at my core. lol

Another great musician who passed just as I was beginning to notice the joys of music. I remember there being an animated video for this on Sonny & Cher show.
