How does tumblr work...

Huhuhu, I almost tripped on a rat on my way home...The alley was so dark I couldn't see a thing. As I was walking, I heard noises and I knew it was a rat. I continued walking because I thought it would just run away, and ran away it did, to the rathole on my left, the rat was on my right. Its skitter was muffled by my loud footsteps, so I had no idea it was running there. As I was raising my left foot to take a step, I hit it, and it was heavy, I yelped and almost lose my balance...and that's the story. It just happened like 20 minutes ago...I think that would have been prevented if I turned on the flashlight the moment I knew there was a rat nearby(The second I heard it, I thought maybe I should use the flashlight so I wouldn't bump into it or get bitten or something then 2 seconds later, I feel like an anime villian who just kicked a character in the stomach). I like to think I got revenge on the rat who pooped on the bathroom floor.
