Layla Anippe has a nickname “Mermaid of the Nile” due to her Egyptian roots and her melodic voice. She is a really popular Ravenclaw in my HPMA world, for she is energetic, friendly and has participated in a lot of school events.

Esmeralda the dhampir

Esmeralda was the first-born in a vampire family, with her vampire father and her witch mother. Her mother was turned into a vampire after a desperating event, and her full vampire sister was born. Her mother soon later left the world, and her father was also gone during the big family war.

Esmeralda felt like an outsider and left her childhood home to travel around, then settled in her mother’s old home in the woods of the far north. She and her sister each has an earing from her mother’s sun and moon pair.
