Nature - Night Sky - Aerial Photography

It's slowly taking shape. Today I bought some tree stakes and bamboo canes and made three trellises. When I planted the hornbeams (Carpinus betulus) three years ago, they were about 1 meter tall. Now the tallest is 3.5 meters. So it was time to start taking care of the crowns. 😉

I stand here in awe. In front of me is a field covered in fog. I look up into the night sky. Jupiter, the Milky Way and the Andromeda Galaxy are my nightly companions. ❤️🌠

Jupiter und Venus Konjunktion am 01.03.2023

Der Winkelabstand schrumpfte auf etwas mehr als ein halbes Grad. Was wiederum bedeutete, dass ein Vollmond gerade noch zwischen die beiden gepasst hätte.

C/2022 E3 (ZTF) is a long-period comet of the Solar System, orbiting near the Sun in January 2023 and reaching its closest point on February 1, 2023. It passed a few degrees below Polaris and was about 5th mag, just visible with the naked eye. In the further course it moves southwards and quickly loses brightness.
