And he didn’t say Peter. He didn’t say Spiderman. He said THE KID. Like it was a well common fact EVEN TO STEVE ROGERS who the kid was. What Peter meant to him. I’m gonna go crazy thinking about that.

This is one of the million reasons no one can convince me they didn’t spend a lot more time together after Homecoming. That Peter didn’t show up at the lab, THERE’S EVEN A AD WHERE TONY TELL HAPPY TO INVITE PETER TO A PARTY BECAUSE HE LIKES THE KID, he listened to Peter’s audios to Happy, he was so close to Peter in a way that EVEN STEVE ROGERS KNEW WHO THE KID WAS AND TONY IMMEDIATELY HAD TO TELL HIM ABOUT HIS LOSS.

I go insane sometimes thinking about the year gap in Homecoming and Infinity War (year or a few month I don’t remember exactly). What did they do together, how they bonded, how Tony every day found himself loving this nerd kid so much. He had a picture of Peter in his house. He grieved Peter for FIVE YEARS.

Said picture, always nice to tell, WAS WHAT PUT HIM TO INVENT FUCKING TIME TRAVEL AND BRING THE WHOLE WORD BACK. Tony wasn’t gonna do it. He didn’t lost Pepper. Or Morgan.

But he lost Peter.

I go crazy sometimes thinking about these two and the phrase “I lost the kid” was a lot in my mind lately oh how I wish to know exactly what happened in the year gap
