I have something to say to you.

Art is TIRING Art is HARD Art will makes yOU FEEL LIKE SHIT You will get discouraged sO many times You will want to drop everything You WILL genuinely think “I HATE art, it’s useless, I suck at it, where did I think I could go with it ?! I HATE ART”

BUT

Never abandon everything. Because soon you will realize that art is AWESOME. That PROGRESS can do ANYTHING. 

You lack inspiration ? I know that : search for art challenge on google, and stick with it !

You can’t draw anything good tonight/this week/this month/those past month : I know it can be really discouraging, but hey, who said you cant draw stick characters ??

You don’t want to draw anymore : The worst thing for me. It can last for a long time. Try the art challenge, like when you lack inspiration, the art aesthetic can inspire you again sometimes ! Search for other artists on the internet. I like watching video on YT of people showing their old sketchbook ! If that doesn’t work then ... Just don’t draw ! Do what you want to do ! (Or NEED to do) Sometimes we put too much pressure on ourselves. :( Find yourself a new passion, watch a new show, fall in love with new characters ... Still don’t want to draw ? Maybe you want to write fanfictions ? Play music ? Learn a new dance ? A new language ? Let yourself forget about it ... And art will catch you up ! ;)
