Whether or not Sakiko could ever love Hatsune in a way that's mutual, I do think it's very special that she has her as the lyricist, vocalist and framing lead of Ave Mujica & their plays. She entrusts these roles to her despite this being, as far as she knew, that Uika who was bright like the sun, a cutesy pop idol who sings stuff like "Juicy, Juicy moment", which is kind of crazy? Maybe it wasn't her idea from the start, but somewhere along the process of the band's creation something had to have clicked with Sakiko that Hatsune would the one to write and sing-- that she'd do what Tomori had done in Crychic. That's an enormous amount of trust! This is everything Sakiko has left, Ave Mujica is her baby, she's pouring her heart & soul into this music and story at the lowest point in her life-- and she trusts Hatsune to put voice to those feelings with lyrics, to be the very mouthpiece to sing them and also be the new doll who brings the audience with her into this strange dream. Hatsune might do terribly at understanding Sakiko's feelings IRL and objectify her in the throes of her obsession, but in this one way she's deeply connected to her beloved Saki-chan in a way I wonder if she understands. I have no doubt Sakiko had guidelines and reviewed her work, but even still... for Hatsune to participate so integrally in the creation of Ave Mujica's music implies so much to me. The ugliness in her heart she poured into Imprisoned XII, I want to think, isn't so far from what allowed her to write for the rest of Sakiko's music, and Sakiko would know that. If she wanted Hatsune to be the one to write lyrics for Ave Mujica, she must have seen something in her from early on that connected with her own raw feelings... enough that she's willing to give over a significant slice of creative direction. Hatsune is 'gentle like the moon', and Sakiko has put the moon everywhere in Ave Mujica.
