mason: hard to tell. She never really talked about her sexual escapades with me in detail. I’ve no idea if actual feelings were involved.

tana: over her purposely sending me a photo of her and puck, AFTER spending the week slapping her hook-up option #6 status on his roster all over her social media. she never read situations right and thought she had a 'gotcha' moment.

mason: if I didn’t know any better, I’d assume you’re flirting with me.

mason: that... definitely sounds like something she would do.

mason: she liked to wrong those she felt wronged her.

tana: you did live for a spotlight. which is why I still find it weird you and Rachel never really went battle royale for it.

tana: did she ever tell you about our last fight? About puck or whatever.

mason: that’s the good thing about being male and female in a heteronormative theater age; enough male and female leads to share the spotlight. I never minded sharing with her — or giving it to her when she clearly deserved it.

mason: I don’t... think so?

mason: if we did I don’t remember it.

tana: I have nothing to do with rachel, you know that, right?

mason: high school me would be offended by that.

mason: I don’t want him in my shit.

tana: why are you so worried about me talking to him about you?

mason: we may be fighting, but even I’m not as bad as that dickwad.

tana: new leaf, grinning and bearing it - whatever - same crap.

tana: we don't even talk about the case and your long-term relationship with your right hand isn't a hot topic either.

mason: what happens between hudson and I is just that, santana. you had no right to stick your nose into it.

mason: as my friend, or his girlfriend, or whatever.

mason: and if you didn't trust me enough to tell me about whatever this is -- and I'm supposed to be your friend -- then how on earth am I supposed to trust you that you didn't talk to him about this stuff?

Pretty much, yeah. You’ve gotta be able to feel the clay to shape it properly. It ain’t my wheelhouse so it’s cool, but I think messy’s supposed to be part of the appeal. But yeah, def wasteful if you’re not using every part of it. Damn, that’s rough. I know for a fact I hated being onstage, up until junior year and even then I only kinda tolerated it. So I’m right there cringing with you.

I’m sure you see all the little flubs and missteps being behind the scenes but speaking as an audience member, it was pretty great. 

I think I might leave it to the professionals. I’m sure I could only make something akin to the titanic in it’s sunken form, anyways. I started getting the feeling about halfway through that a lot of them just didn’t care, they were there for other reasons. But at least they had fun in the end. 

That’s good to hear. But I was more or less talking about the shouting match that little birdies keep spewing on about. Gotta love ol’ cport drama. 

Think maybe they need it. Might help things a bit. I could offer prize, people love free stuff. I can’t talk though I’m not really big on coming back much myself, but I’m here now and I think it’d be fun to try and get people in one room. I’m a magic worker sometimes, Mason.

Bribing old classmates to hang out. That’s something I’ve most definitely have never heard before. Although, part of me likes that idea. Seems like lately most people are willing to do anything for a good enough bribe. 

Really not in the mood to get into it, but I’ll be alright. I don’t know, maybe not as much, but my family is here…I’ll have to come around every now and then I guess right?

I mean, technically, you don’t have to. You can invite your family out to you. But I’m sure there’s people here that would like to see you, too. 

More so 85%, but close. Of course I enjoy things. I’m not a robot.

That’s ok, because, wine isn’t really my thing. But I’ll take some bourbon, or if things are tight a beer will do just fine. Honestly, I should just try and get as many people together as I can, see who shows up if I actually offer to pay for the drinks.

Now that Christmas is over and I have a couple more days until I head back to my actual life, who’s taking me out for a drink?

mason: I never called him a villain. I don't trust him on this case.

I’ve never really been one to quit anything. I was in it, I was going to stick through with it.
