Sys told Wolf about it when he visited him at his residence, but I don't think Wolf is telling it everywhere. And the woman who wrote the fanfiction works in Wolf's palace, not with Sys. (Well, firsth in Haiyen's Palace, next with Wolf).

Where do she get these details from? Who told to her?

Maybe something lost to me in the Korean translation when Shin is scolding her for writing the fics 🤔.
