Chadwick Boseman💔
What was my experience as a fan? It’s been a long road. I first got into Chadwick after the Get On Up movie, where he played James Brown. However I had no idea he also starred in other shows like Lincoln Heights, that I also watched. I always admired his talent , drive and his gift of song and dance. I got into watching his other films like 42 and Draft Day, and he became an instant favorite of mine.
Slight rewind, I was also a huge Marvel fan growing up, and I was hooked to the Black Panther Character during the time when Avengers Earth’s Mightest Heroes cane out , and became hugely invested in T’challa’s character since.
Never would I thought in 2014 my life would change forever, when him, being my favorite actor, was announced to play my favorite superhero. I can’t describe the Joy I felt over the years to see T’challa jump out the comics and come alive on screen. And it was beautiful to see the BP fandom grew more and more after his marvel debut in Civil War. And the BP release? A moment. I literally was about to finish and post my writing around his character before his death and I couldn’t stomach to watch the movie over cause I’m still too distraught. But we still must continue to celebrate Black Panther, so T’challa can live on.
Chadwick was a brilliant actor overall and such an inspirational and beautiful soul, who lived his life to the fullest even to his final days and gave back tirelessly to his community. There will NEVER be another Chadwick Boseman. I feel sad that he left this earth so soon, but I feel comforted that he is at rest and no longer in pain. I pray for his family, his close friends, colleagues and fellow fans, especially the little black children that looked up to him. Rest in Power King. I love you and we will miss you🖤 🙏🏾 - Admin Lanna❤️
