The 3D model of Victor in the game is certainly anatomically correct and possible in real life, but there are a few "buts" that don't fit his image.

1. This figure could very well be explained by the fact that Victor most likely underwent liposuction in life and had fat removed from the right areas, given the obvious distribution of fat throughout his body.

2. To maintain such a figure after liposuction, he would have to engage in some kind of sport, such as running or swimming.

3. During Victor's autopsy, most of his organs and fat were removed because his large belly looks strangely flat and appears rock-hard, with no real body structure (as indicated by the scar from his neck to his navel).

4. His sides and stomach begin to grow symmetrically as the fat is distributed, like an "inflatable ring." He has sides, but no stomach or chest. Maybe he not only removed the fat, but also did a breast lift.
