So, i grew up with ocd and unlimited internet access and it fucked me up, right? After a talk about that, my dom decides to put my phone under some restrictions: parental control on how much time i spend in social media (less likely to see a big trigger or to spiral), forbidding porn sites and certain researches (the internet shall not corrupt me).
