Please listen up everyone!

I come from a small rural town in Australia, and 3 weeks ago, a young man from this town was unfortunately diagnosed with a Grade 4 Brain Tumor. His name is Jackson Byrnes and is 18 years old. I went to High School with him and this news has been absolutely devastating for everyone.

His family have set up a donation page and need to raise $80,000 in order for him to get the best treatment for his condition. Jackson needs to make it to Sydney for an operation to remove his tumor. Neurosurgeon Dr Charlie Teo is the best option for this life prolonging surgery and the cost of said surgery equals the goal of the donation page. They do not have alternatives! He needs to have this surgery on the 21st of April!

All sorts of fund raisers have already been held by our community but as it is only a small town, we cannot raise these substantial funds alone; so I have decided to turn to tumblr for help. His gofundme page needs a larger audience. Though I barely know him, I am desperate to help as I know how much of a struggle it is to have a family member go through something like this.
