pyro - obviosuly pyro is super cute and amazing so like. i made them cute. the reason they arent a silhouette is because like... the drawing is from their perspective and also i was too lazy to draw anyone else detailed.

soldier - america ohyea. the little white thing is his tiny brain from lead poisoning. i also made the stripes bloody because he's ... like ... yk super into war or whatever I HONESTLY DONT KNOW THAT MUCH ABOUT HIM

spy - ok i fanonize him a lot in my head so this may be like. super non-canon compliant. but he's grey because his... identity is concealed I DIDNT KNOW HOW ELSE TO COMMUNICATE THAT but that dampens his aura or whatever. his face is blue because he's a very sad and introspective individual ithink💭💭 like i said this is super fanonized

demo - OK i really like demoman both in this art and in general. he's my second favorite character behind pyro. i feel like he doesn't get enough credit for how smart he is, so i chose a more blue-green color pallette to reflect that. however, he is a drunk as well, so i added spirals to signify that and how they cloud his intelligence.

medic - ok like. i gave him a really realistic heart but it got blocked by pyro's pink aura or wtv. but black and red for him because i truly believe that He Is Evil. not in a way that makes me loathe him, i just think the fandom sometimes fails to realize how Weird and Offputting He Is. maybe im fanonizing him tho, tbf i really liked how he acted in emisis blue and i may be applying that to his character in general

scout - orange cuz he's like. very upbeat. and redbecause it compliments orange well. and he also gets a Small Brain.

heavy - green to signify his introspectiveness and calm nature. i also think he gets discredited by the fandom a lot, he's SUPER smart

sniper - i wanted the transition from sunny to night to be like ... a metaphor for his close-offedness. but its kind of lame and doesn't work well. sowhatever.
