not even going to comment on the feeder fetish aspect because that's so unserious, but even a cursory glance at the Health at Every Size official website would show that the core of it is that fat people deserve healthcare that is not centered on weight loss or conditional on losing weight. we do not live in a society where people are en masse encouraged to gain weight or where fat people are praised and admired for being fat. in fact, we live in the opposite in which people, predominantly women and girls, are hounded to be thin at any cost. even if the cost ends up being their life.
i could care less about fat people online being unrepentantly fat and loud about not wanting to lose weight. as a former fat person who ultimately had gastric sleeve surgery, anti fat sentiment did not motivate me to lose weight at all. and i will say, fat people are well aware they're fat, even if they don't wander around online being miserable about it to appease fatphobic people lol.

But I have seen and I think everyone has seen HAES content that is blatantly unscientific and dangerous.
