How is it possible that a person can feel so trapped in their own body? Feels like I'm stuck living the life I live

In the past couple of days, I've learned what it's like to really hate myself

Working on my body because I'm trying to not hate myself so much

I won't let myself cry over this. It won't be too big of a deal. I can't let it get to me too bad; I have absolutely no right to. I'll just give my good wishes and let it go

The way my mind processes things, the way it makes me feel; this can't be normal. I'm honestly tired of always feeling this way at the wrongest times. It's like I have so much pressure on my head (physically), and my heart pounds harder and faster against my chest and I have so much nausea, as if I'm about to barf up my heart whole, and my stomach and throat are in knots.

I wonder what it's like to not have to constantly remind yourself to try to be happy
