So in love with the new @jillianmichaels app 👌🏼 it's subscription based but it's only £8 per month which I think is a bargain. I love Jillian's DVDs and have been waiting for her to get an app since I was doing the BBG by Kayla but I could just never stick to it. Jillian's app is great because you can customise based on the equipment you have, the length of time you want to workout, what body area you would like to focus on or do entire regimes. I'm currently doing Transform 90 and I haven't yet skipped a workout which is weird for me 😂 Jillian is constantly on screen showing the proper form along with prompts for how much longer you need to do a movie and when to change up - perfect with my Bluetooth headphones. I've actually been looking forward to the workouts and I haven't been doing any extra cardio with them, which worked for me when I was just doing the 30 Day Shred. Like with all of her workouts, you can make it as hard as you want to by adding/decreasing weight and changing up your pace.
