So many changes this month! One of them is that I’m getting promoted to a team lead at work in addition to my other responsibilities at the last minute, but I’ve stuck out my chin and I think I’m ready.
Over the past couple of months I’ve become so impressed with my health recovery - my hair is way healthier and for the most part has stopped falling out. I commented on it a couple months back, but my skin’s clear for the first time in around 20 years. Lots of scarring left over, but I’m so elated when I look in the mirror now.
Still being careful with my diet and exercise which is slowly paying off.
Next month I’m officially launching my IMVU feed here on Tumblr, and cleaning up the IMVU page with the features I intended to have on it. I could’ve done so much more, but work at the time was leaving me too burnt out to balance this project with everything else.
Buuut this summer I did manage to release some new recolours to the Marie’s World shop:
Hot + Sweet Set (jogging set in 9 colors)
Natural Hands (nails & manicures in 6 colours)
Plus I added some more options for my most popular product of my 2025 launch:
Tight Shorts (enhancing booty shorts in 5 more colours)
I didn’t think I’d ever get to work on something like digital products on IMVU years ago, but I’m doing it! I’m developing my confidence as a texture and recolour artist. In 2027 I might explore the actual 3D aspect of design more, since I only have experience working in early versions of MilkShape 3D.
All this to say that I’m seriously looking forward to creating more into fall. There will be more releases for the next summer season, and I’ll soon start taking steps to intentionally advertise and share my IMVU shop on Discord.
