With just three weeks left until The Becoming of Noah Shaw comes out, I couldn’t think of a better way to count down than to celebrate by posting the art you guys created for the ARC contest, and matching it to sentences from The Shaw Confessions–every day for the next three weeks.*

I had two projects I was anxious to write in 2014–TSC, and SE (Something Else)**. I ended up choosing to write TSC first, in no small part because of you, and I can’t wait to be able to share it with you. Thank you, always, for inspiring me every day-with your art, your messages, and your words. I hope my words can inspire you too.

“You should’ve seen the way he was looking at you while you were out.” I smiled a little. “How?” “Like you’re the ocean and he’s desperate to drown.”

“There’s something wrong with me, Noah. Fix it.“ Noah’s expression broke my heart as he brushed my hair from my face, and skimmed the line of my neck. ”I can’t“ ”Why not?“ I asked, my voice threatening to crack. ”Because,“ he said, ”You’re not broken.”

“You were planned, Noah. Engineered.“ Noah practically radiated frustration.

"For what?" 

So on November 12th, Michelle will be in San Diego, doing a signing. I will be there, and was thinking of making a scrapbook of fan-art, letters, etc. for her.

So if this is something that interests you, please come to my submit box and submit whatever it is you’d like to share with her. Or if it’s a previous post you’ve made, tag me in it and let me know you want me to use it.

I’ll be printing out these things on regular paper (I’ll try to get some fancy paper), but if you’d like Michelle to have an actual physical copy of your submission, please DM on any of my platforms and we can arrange a mailing set up. Please also include a media platform or name if you’d like for Michelle to see any of those.

WITH SUBMISSIONS, please let me know that it’s for the scrapbook so I don’t delete it (I closed my submit box previously because I was getting lots of weird stuff).

If you make songs or videos, and would like to give those to her, please let me know. I can burn CD’s and DVD’s (with the original creators permission. So if you make fan videos with content that is not yours, I can make a link to it, but I will not burn it onto a physical drive for copyright reasons. If the work is 100% yours, I will gladly do it.)

If you wish to remain anonymous, please let me know. No one but Michelle (and by default me, but I promise my eyes will not roam) will read/see that part of your submission.

You can SUBMIT ANYTHING. If it’s a weird media form, we can 100% work something out.
