Liking the things

I wish you weren’t so afraid of love. I wish that you would allow me to show you how it really feels to be loved. How it really feels to have somebody look at you like you’ve hung the moon and the stars to go along with it. I wish you would let me look at you the way Prince Charming looks at Cinderella.

Sometimes I try to run from the future that’s ahead of me, only to end up running into my past. I think it’s time to stop running, and embrace the beauty the present moment has to offer.

That was all I ever had to keep me going, the thought of you.

There’s no way in the world that I will leave you just because everyone else does. I’m not like everyone else. I see through you for who you really are, so how am I supposed to leave you when I know the real you behind all of your mistakes?
