But the truth is, our story is not over yet.

We have lost everything, our home, our source of income, and the stability we once had. It feels like we are not just starting from zero, but trying to rise from below it.

Now things are even harder with my father’s illness. He needs ongoing care and treatment, while we are facing a complete lack of income. Even covering our basic daily needs has become a real struggle.

We are doing everything we can to stay strong, but we cannot do it alone anymore.

Back then, the smell of bread was an illusion, and a handful of flour was worth more than a man’s lifetime.

Today, along a side road, sacks of flour are piled up, priced at no more than fifteen dollars each.

A cruel irony… a scandal beyond words.

How many were martyred while running just to eat?

How many little girls fell asleep orphaned, waiting for a father who returned as a handful of remains?

How many young men were devoured by dogs at the traps of death?

Flour is still expensive…

And the question continues to haunt us with heavy fear:

What am I supposed to tell them,

when even now I’m trying to gather donations just to afford today’s food?

The market is full of food, but everything has become expensive,

and donations are scarce… not enough for today’s meal, nor for peace of mind tomorrow.

And the question keeps chasing us with painful fear:

Do we store food…

others strive to bring joy to their families, filling their homes with food and warmth.

But we struggle just to get a single meal…

My name is Najah, and I am a mother of six children, including newborn twins 👶👶 who need urgent care every single moment.

We are living through extremely difficult days filled with fear, hunger, and the lack of basic necessities 🥺🍞

Sometimes my children go to sleep without enough food, and I stand helpless before their tears because I cannot provide milk, diapers, or medicine for them.

My newborn twins are still so fragile, and their tiny bodies need constant nutrition and care 🍼💔

But our situation has become far beyond my ability to handle, while my other children face hunger, cold, and fear every day.

For many days, we have not received any donations or help, and our situation keeps getting worse with every passing hour.

I try to stay strong for my children, but my heart breaks every night when I see them suffering and I have nothing to protect them with.
