...and the condemned meets his grim ending.

An epic fight ensues...

Unfortunately, this means that the condemned prisoner’s respite ends here and he gets sent to the pit.

After being taught and teaching the new searching technique, Harry can finally inform Hermione that the new method is a success.

The guy obviously made a mistake, as he has to suffer being hit with one of Harry’s nastier spells.

Harry asks a shady dude about searching techniques, but he’d rather fight the weakened pit beast than talk to Harry.

Harry confers with Hermione once more. Maybe it’s a good idea to search the criminals and rid them of their weapons and such, before throwing them in the pit?

While Luna delivers the metal to the executioner. Harry gets busy with a different kind of metal - a daily task had him forge something.

And while Harry watches, Luna manages to survive her fight with the pit beast - and she manages to get a lot of the nasty metal out.

After feeding the beast, Luna jumps straight into the pit.

Following the advice she was given, Luna makes a special “enhanced” treat for the pit beast and covers herself in cinnamon - apparently the Griselda doesn’t like it.

Seems like the only way to save the pit beast, is to jump into the pit. Luna asks the executioner for some tips and then reports back to Harry.

Harry asks Queen Hermione to stop feeding the pit beast pirates - it can’t stomach them.

Harry and Luna have a chat about the pit beast, Harry gives Luna a potion that may be useful later on.

The executioner tells Luna that the pit beast needs to be “cleansed”, have all that metal removed.

Luna does a lot of digging, but she eventually manages to retrieve the things the executioner got rid off.
