Mama cg, loves being called mom, likes most variations of it
She might not like most humans, but you are a definite exception. She's as affectionate towards you as she is with her plants, and that's saying something.
She usually dresses you in (or encourages you to dress in) shades of green, especially if they match her. Her usual clothing style wouldn't be fitting for a little one like you, but that doesn't mean you can't match.
She often puts flowers or vines in your hair, usually while styling it if you have hair long enough for that
She insists on you always having some form of plant life nearby so she can help if something happens
As well, due to her connection to The Green and her love for it, plants will naturally seek to assist/protect you in general, since you are hers
She often arms you with some of her toxins if you're going out without her, just in case
Outside time is a big thing with Ivy as your cg, as long as it's not too cold/other extenuating circumstances she'll take you out at least for a walk every day
Of course, being outside in general is a big thing, but she often also gives you little tasks to help her take care of the plants
Things like helping her water them, plant new ones, build bee boxes and such for pollinators, that kind of thing
Playing outside as well, of course - she isn't usually one to chase you, but you're free to run around
She'll scold you for pulling on the plants, but there are certain vines that can withstand quite a bit of weight, and she uses them to form swings and bouncers for you
If you're very good, she'll let you hang around while she's making her toxins or working on new formulas, and sometimes let you assist/give suggestions
But only if you're very good and don't distract her, she doesn't want you getting hurt
I can't justify this, but I feel like she'd like Totoro, so I'm saying you get Totoro stuff
"Trees and people used to be good friends", y'know?
While she isn't usually the type to play stuff like tag, she'll play other games with you, like hide and seek
And of course, dress up and pretend play, especially since she can use her powers to make very fun costumes for the two of you
She usually gives you plant-themed nicknames; bud, sprout, flower, etc
She'll read you bedtime stories (especially ones with animal protagonists), she's got a very calming voice
She loves singing to you too, day or night
Since she takes you outside so much, you definitely need regular baths, and if you like help with that, she's very gentle
You might think she uses mostly plant-based stuff, but I would actually say she doesn't, since she doesn't like the idea of killing plants just to make things
But she makes sure the stuff she uses won't hurt the environment
