Random ramblings from MTL

When I was an ugly, stupid little baby first crawling on a keyboard and finding the furry fandom I met some GUY who wasn’t a furry but did everything he could to stay furry-adjacent. He had brute-forced his way into a circle of my furry acquaintances even though none of them actually liked him, and one day he started talking to me because the guy I was dating had caught his attention.

His character was an “angelic human” as he called it but he was constantly insisting that furries were anti-human and that he was always being oppressed by the fandom for not being a furry. On top of this he claimed to be a Christian while buying mountains of gay hyper art, and all the while he also insisted that homosexuality was a sin even though he identified as gay, and his plan was to be gay his whole life and then ask for forgiveness on his deathbed (he told me all of this himself). And like every day he would pop up and remind me he was a human and that furries needed to be nicer to humans and one day I was finally just like, dude, all of us are humans. All furries are just humans. We do not hate humans, you are losing your damn mind. And I was like 14 and this was the first time I had ever told off another person online.

I think he just replied with, “I will think about what you said,” and eventually he stopped popping up. I don’t remember his screenname or anything but my god what a guy. I wonder what the fuck happened to him.

I was very desperate for human contact so I tolerated her weird habits even though now looking back I wonder WTF I was thinking.

She made sure she wore at least ONE purple item of clothing at all times. She hated the smell of someone smoking to the point where she FEBREEZED one of my other friends when she smelled the faintest hint of cigarette smoke on him.

She once introduced me as "This is Hugo, he's gay" to her sister.

You failed Isabelle.

That’s why I literally have to think of where I could show any PDA towards another guy without having some DOUCHEBAG staring or yelling something at me and the other guy. I’m often limited to the gay village and some more liberal neighbourhoods. I would DEFINITELY never try to be openly be physical with another guy in MY current neighbourhood.

I mean fuck, GRINDR EXISTING is actually a symptom of how NOT easy it is to hook up safely.

I just don't know anything about kids or how to act around them.
