Observación I: Manzana es trabajo acerca del paso del tiempo y sus efectos sobre la materia. Es también acerca de la percepción humana de ese tiempo. Consiste en un vídeo monocanal con audio estéreo en el cuál se ve la imagen de una manzana aparentemente estática que va cambiando ante los ojos del espectador sin que éste lo note. Así como la manzana cambia justo ante nuestros ojos y no lo notamos sino hasta que el tiempo ya ha pasado y ha cambiado irreversiblemente, también los seres humanos, como materia orgánica que somos, envejecemos y no lo notamos hasta que es irreversible.

Observation I: Apple is a film about the passage of time and its effects on the organic matter. It's also a film about human perception of time. It consists of a single channel video with stereo audio in which the observer sees the image of a seemingly static apple that changes before the viewer's eyes without him noticing it. Just as the apple changes right in front our eyes and we can not notice it until it is too late and it has changed irreversibly, we human beings decay, as organic matter that we are, and we don't see it until it’s irreversible.
