one of my clients today named amanda named her first daughter amanda... absolutely obsessed. men do this all the time and it's just treated as normal stuff. but god forbid a mom name her daughter after herself!

my little cousin confidently declared that mother nature had a counterpart named daddy electric and i feel like this concept needs to be explored

many people grow up and forget what it feels like to be a child. we must remember this. we have to remember what a joy it is to play. to learn. to build connections. to grow. to experience. we must hold onto the things that awe us. we are changed by what we love

i think people really under sell the physical side effects of mental health disorders sometimes. like sure the depression and anxiety may be 'just in your head' but when what's in your head happens to disrupts your sleep schedule and prevent you from going outside regularly and eating consistent meals and exercising and generally taking care of your body. well it sure takes its toll huh.

Tbh mentioning the KGB lady fighting the Nazis during WWII the same episode she extrajudicially kills an innocent woman feels kind of dark when you take into account that it was filmed in a country where a LOT of people collaborated with the Nazis resulting in one of the highest percentages of murdered Jews during the Holocaust

insane how you can’t even bring up shaving on tumblr without getting inundated with people desperately justifying why they shave (nothing to do with the fact that they were born afab and therefore forced to shave at an early age, it’s completely a free choice that has nothing to do with their upbringing of course) or acting like they’re an oppressed class for shaving their whole body. like you guys are such losers jesus christ get over yourself & learn to scroll past posts that you dont relate to. i do it all the time! you can too^_^
